In September 2025, ACME team attended the global semiconductor industry's annual event, SEMICON 2025, to engage with industry leaders and gain insights into the latest semiconductor filtration technologies and cross-industry application trends.
As chip manufacturing continues to push toward higher precision, the performance of filtration materials and equipment has become a critical factor for ensuring yield and supply chain stability. During the exhibition, we focused on the following three areas:
- Ultra-pure Chemical Filtration: Next-generation nanofiber membranes and high chemical and heat-resistant filter cartridges that effectively remove organic molecules and metal ion residues, improving stability in wet processes and etching steps.
- High-efficiency Gas Filtration: Addressing the extreme purity requirements of EUV and advanced packaging, focusing on eliminating molecular- and nanoscale particle contamination while enabling high flow rates, low pressure drop, and smart monitoring capabilities.
- Cross-Industry Applications: Filtration technologies extending into new energy battery electrolyte purification, clean gas/liquid supply for medical devices, and high-purity manufacturing sectors, with an emphasis on material durability and sustainability.
Through this visit, we not only gained a clearer view of the latest developments from global leaders but also reflected on how these insights can be applied within our own solutions.
Next Steps
Moving forward, ACME will continue to track technological breakthroughs in semiconductors and related industries, working closely with our partners to deliver higher-quality and more competitive products and services.
