This medical-grade PP meltblown nonwoven fabric offers excellent breathability, stability, and high bacterial filtration efficiency (BFE ≥ 99%). It is suitable for use in medical and surgical masks, achieving protection levels equivalent to FFP2.

Which international standards does this material comply with?

This material can be used in products meeting the following standards:NIOSH N95/N99（USA）、KF94（Korea MFDS）、FFP2/FFP3（EU EN 149:2001 + A1:2009）、EN779:2002 / EN1882-1 air filtration classifications。Filtration efficiency can reach ≥ 99.9%, depending on test methods and particle sizes.

Is customized sizing or packaging available?

Yes, we offer customization based on client requirements: Width(20 cm to 160 cm)、Thickness（0.2 mm to 2.0 mm）、Weight（20 to 100 gsm）。

Is third-party testing available?

Yes, we can provide third-party testing reports (e.g., PFE testing, pressure drop analysis) according to the customer's intended application. Test scope and samples must be confirmed in advance; additional charges and lead time may apply.

Are samples available?

Yes, paid samples are available for initial evaluation (limited quantity). For custom specifications, lead time will be scheduled accordingly. Please fill out the Sample Request Form or contact our sales representative.

Do you keep products in stock? What is the lead time?

We maintain stock for standard specifications and can ship within 7–15 working days. Lead time for customized orders depends on the production queue and material availability and will be discussed separately.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we support global shipping. Our default shipping term is FOB; alternative terms can be arranged upon request.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

The MOQ starts at 2,000 m². For smaller development batches, inquiries are welcome, pricing and lead time will be quoted accordingly based on quantity.
